We offer payment plans on all our website deals
We understand how difficult it can be financially to come up with the initial outlay of starting your business. That is why we have decided to offer interest FREE payment plans to make it easier for you.
How this works:After you approve our proposal / quote and sign our payments contract* we will require a 30% deposit. We finish your web site and make it go live and you just make your payments as per agreed to our contract*. Once your website is paid for, then all you will get is a yearly renewal fee for your hosting & domain name. Unless of course your domain name and hosting is not managed by us. Say for example the total amount of your website was $1000.The deposit would be $300 and the remaining amount of $700 is split up into smaller payments (over 3months). Suited to your liking (eg: weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.}
Please contact us for more information on payment procedures.
*The Fine Print Payment plans are only available for websites hosted through Mediarama Design Studio. However if we initially set up your hosting and domain on your preffered host and domain name registrar we would be happy to provide master passwords upon payment completion. If you already have an existing hosting account and registered domain name we could still agree to payment plans providing you provided us with the master login for both domain name control panel and hosting control panel. We would then proceed to adjust the passwords and then re-adjust them back after your payments have been completed. An outlined contract will be posted to you requiring your signature and we would need to recieve the signed contract back in the mail before commencing the project. The amount to be paid in installments does not include the 30% deposit required at project commencement. All payment plans must be secured with a 30% deposit plus our signed contract. Late payments will incur a 15% late fee. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of the website until payment is received and current. |
